About Bianca
Hello and welcome to Blix Fitness! My name is Bianca Carbone and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach with a passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
As a long-time athlete, I understand the dedication and hard work required to reach your goals. I also understand the unique challenges that women and men may face when it comes to health and fitness. That's why I specialize in working with women to address hormonal imbalances and helping men get started on their fitness journey.
I believe in a holistic approach to health and fitness, which includes not only exercise but also proper nutrition and lifestyle changes. I will work with you to create a personalized plan that fits your specific needs and goals.
In addition to my training and nutrition certifications, I also have my Undergrad Degree in Biochemistry & Health Administration from Penn State University and I am a certified Women's Holistic Health Hormone Practitioner from The Mind Body Food Institute. Lastly, I understand the importance of consistency, discipline and patience when it comes to achieving your goals.

Over the past 3 years, I have worked with hundreds of men and women of all ages.
